Report a fraudulent site to GTB

Have you come across a phishing site? This means a site built to look exactly like the one you want to make a transaction on, and designed to steal any information you type in it.

Click here to learn about phishing and how to avoid being caught in one. However if you ever stumble on one that claims to belong to guaranty trust bank, please take a screenshot of your computer or phone, attach to mail and email to phishing@gtbank.com

Scam E-mails Alert: Take Note!

Mails are being sent out by fraudsters, requesting for sensitive information such as Internet Banking & ATM Card Details. Some mails request that customers update their account records by clicking on links to fake Internet banking and Interswitch websites.

You are hereby advised to ignore these mails and Do Not respond to them; as such mails were not initiated by Guaranty Trust Bank plc or Interswitch.
