The world has gone digital and Nigeria is not left behind. We may not be there yet but we are headed somewhere. We signed up a corporate organisation on remita.net for a client, and upon handing over, they could not sign in because the sign-up page requests for an organization ID. If you are ever stuck on this issue, follow these steps to retrieve your organization ID.
Step #1: Go to the remita.net homepage, click on sign in button at the top right. Once the page loads, select corporate. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and use the forgot password option to get back into your account. Remember we do not know your organisation ID which means we can’t log-in straight.
Step #2: Follow the prompts to get a new password, at the end they will send a mail to your email address. Go to your mailbox, do not choose the option to sign into the page with the username and password given. choose the option to click on the link to change your password instead. This will change your password and log you into your account.
Step #3: You should be signed into your remita corporate organisation page now. Look to the menu on your left, look for payments, click on it to open more menu options, click on administration, this will also open more menu options. Select ‘manage corporate information‘ to open that page.
That’s it. On that page, you will see your Organization ID also known as Corporate ID which is what you will see.
