In my case, i wanted to set up parental guidance on my DSTV decoder. After googling and searching for an answer to no avail, i had to call their customer service who gave me the right answer. Here it is:
Step #1: Press the blue icon at the top with the word ‘dstv on it’s
Step #2: Press the forward button until you get to settings.
