I searched the mobile application thoroughly but could not find this option. To do this, you need to log into your helpscout.com account in a browser and follow these steps:

Step #1: Click on the icon settings in the top right corner of your helpscout dashboard, click on your profile.

Step #2: Look to the left to see a list of options, click on notifications. Enable what notifications you want for your mail, mobile device and browser.

Thats’ it, you are good to go.
